The MartinLogan ElectroMotion Loudspeaker is a revolutionary speaker that has been designed to produce the best sound possible. The speaker consists of two parts, a high frequency transducer and a low frequency driver. The high frequency transducer is an XStat CLS electrostatic transducer that produces the highest frequencies and responds quickly to changes in volume. The low frequency driver is an 8″ high excursion, high rigidity doped, which produces the lower frequencies.
This speaker has been designed to produce accurate sound and be able to play at higher volumes without distortion or clipping. It also has been designed for use with modern music formats such as DSD, DTS:X and Dolby Atmos®.
